Do soundness test on gasline from meter to boiler

Check boiler for visual damage

Main burner - remove and clean as necessary

Clean heat exchange

Clean condensate trap (condensing boilers only)

Check operation of flame sensing device

Check operation of boiler thermostat and high limit stat.

Check operation of low water pressure control (where appropriate)

Check water level in tank in attic (where appropriate)
